Repairability, in plain terms
Every piece is documented in our production system down to its components. If something is damaged — on delivery or in year six — we can identify the part, the finish, and the textile lot, and repair or re-make it. That's the practical meaning of a contract-grade build: the piece is serviceable for its whole life, not disposable at its first scratch.
