For over twenty years Lauren specialized in exactly this: creating amazing experiences for people by connecting them with products and services in the world of hospitality so they kept coming back for more.
Recently, her dog Franklin had been somehow finding and devouring entire bricks of parmesan cheese. Alas, we digress.
Lauren’s work spans marketing, sales, operations, project management, building and mentoring teams – all with a keen eye for detail that differentiates merely good service, from true success. As for taste, in2005 she was ranked by Food and Wine in the top 10! of US sommeliers. (That same year, Daniel was like barely 5).
After receiving her BA in Creative Writing from University of Pennsylvania, she decided her most important clients were her 3 girls, so she took a hiatus from the all-too-hectic world of hospitality during which time she opened a center for ceramic arts in Bainbridge Island, WA which has become a thriving cornerstone of the arts community there. She's a great potter herself and if you're remotely nice to her, odds are she'll send you some wares, nominally discounted, of course.
