While uniquely herself, Nathalie is just like billions of other people, in that she survived Y2K. Having made it through that silicon-induced mania she began her career in tech by turning what was to be a 3-week gig at Autodesk into a 15 year career where she was instrumental in transforming the end-users learning and training journey.

Having had a good long run, Nathalie’s inner entrepreneur pushed her to join Unity’s Montreal studio in its infancy. There, she helped scale the office from a 3,500 sq. ft. space and 15 employees to a 150,000 sq. ft. hub with over 900 team members. Her leadership, operational moxie and unwavering dedication to the organization's success played an undeniable role driving that growth, as did her true knack for nurturing the company’s unique culture during a time of rapid expansion, and change. Nathalie’s impact at Unity grew from managing a single office to leading the team that ran global workplace operations  in 30+ locations on 5 continents.  

At Limn, Nathalie’s builder mindset, operational bona-fides, and empathetic, people-first approach to solving problems, and connecting folks with the tools they need to succeed, will surely help shape the next success story, but this time not for less than 50+ years.
